Bohler Supports New Student Center at Central Catholic High School
As Central Catholic High School approaches its 100th anniversary, the Oakland campus has outlined a 10-year master plan that includes the development of a new student center to replace its outdated gymnasium. Bohler’s Pittsburgh team is spearheading civil design and permitting for this state-of-the-art facility, which will feature a gymnasium, classrooms, locker rooms, cafeteria, administrative offices, a TV studio, underground parking, and a pedestrian bridge. Earlier phases of the project include renovations to the Brothers’ Residence and future HVAC and accessibility upgrades.

With its first East Coast office now located at Nova Place, Chicken of the Sea is leveraging technology and sustainability to transform the seafood industry. Nova Place Welcomes New Tenants and Expansions
Nova Place continues to grow its vibrant tenant community. Chemistry, Pittsburgh’s second-largest advertising firm, and The Forbes Funds have both relocated from downtown to Nova Tower Two. Several existing tenants including S&B USA Construction, American Textile Company, and Helios Service Partners have expanded within the campus. These moves are part of a larger spec suite development, designed in collaboration with LGA Partners and Workscape Inc., offering flexible spaces for growing businesses. With four of six suites leased before completion, Nova Place remains a hub for creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
