On Thursday, November 6, 2025, Nova Place welcomed the autumn season with our annual Fall Fest Tenant Event! The day was filled with community spirit, great food, and plenty of fall fun as tenants came together to celebrate.
The festivities kicked off at lunchtime with Bingo, where participants had the chance to win exciting prizes including Amazon gift cards, Nova Place-branded fleece blankets, and even a special one-month reserved parking space.
Later in the afternoon, the celebration continued with our Fall Fest Happy Hour at 3:00 p.m., featuring a live appearance from Audacy and an incredible performance by Frank Vieira. Audacy hosted a special ticket drop for the Star Spangled Banger concert, while tenants spun the prize wheel for giveaways including a vacuum courtesy of ABM Parking. Thank you, ABM, for your generous contribution.
Guests also enjoyed delicious lite bites from Eco Bistro and had the chance to build their own fall bouquets, thanks to beautiful blooms provided by Bloom Brigade. Meanwhile, Union Fitness hosted its annual Pumpkin Run, where the fastest finisher received a free membership to Union Fitness and a $25 Federal Galley gift card.
Adding to the excitement, Pittsburgh Tech Week took place right here at Nova Place. It was inspiring to see the region’s innovation community in action and to hear local startups pitch their groundbreaking ideas during the week’s events. We are proud to be part of a space where creativity and entrepreneurship thrive.
