Federal Galley to Open December 5

After months of anticipation, Federal Galley is finally set to open on Tuesday, December 5th! And before opening to the public, the new restaurant and beer garden hosted a preview party for all Nova Place tenants and residents. With a great variety of unique food and drink choices, the party was a raging success. It was packed throughout the entirety of the night and the reviews were great.

Federal Galley offers unique menus items from four different restaurant concepts.

El Lugar offers a variety of delicious Mexican choices with a twist of traditional tastes. Everything is homemade and fresh!  Michigan and Trumbull brings a taste of Detroit all the way to Burgh. Offering a variety of different deep-dish style pizzas with airy, crispy, and caramelized crusts, these pies are unlike any other in Pittsburgh. Provision PGH thinks differently about food and wants all of its guests to do the same. Known for their popular dishes at Smallman Galley, Provision PGH offers a variety of the traditional burgers and sandwiches that we all know and love, with a little twist of something different. Supper brings a revised version of New American Cuisine. More than half of the menu items are vegan and gluten-free, providing a great variety for all guests.

And to go along with all of the great food, Federal Galley offers an even better variety of drinks. The bar is designed to compliment all four of the different restaurant concepts in a unique way. The Beer choices are some of the best in the city. With a selection of 30 different drafts from some of the best brewers in Pittsburgh like Hell Town, Church Brew Works, Grist House, and many more, Federal Galley offers a great variety that is sure to please! Their Wine is focused on quality and approachability. They offer wines from some of the best regions around the world including Napa and Columbia. All wines are great tasting and reasonably priced. The Spirits program offers craft cocktails that are all creatively created with top-shelf products.

The overall response to the preview party was outstanding. This place isn’t just a restaurant and bar. It is a place designed for guests to relax and experience a new and improved restaurant concept. With over 200 seats available inside and 100 seats available on the outdoor patio, Federal Galley ensures to provide an environment full of tasty food, great drinks, and even better company.
