Planting Intentions & Basil Seedlings This Earth Day at Nova Place, Pittsburgh

At Nova Place, located in North Side Pittsburgh, we believe growth isn’t just about business—it’s about building community and cultivating purpose. This Earth Day, we brought that mindset to life with a tenant-exclusive event in our outdoor meeting space that encouraged everyone to grow something meaningful.

On Tuesday, April 22, the Central Plaza came to life for our Basil Seedling Giveaway, an interactive celebration held on the wooden platforms outside our office space in Pittsburgh. From 11:30am to 1:30pm, tenants picked up their free basil planter kits—available to the first 500 participants—and joined us in planting seeds of both greenery and intention.

Each basil planter came with soil, seeds, and a “leaf sticker,” where tenants were invited to write a personal goal, intention, or affirmation. Whether it was related to career development, wellness, or creative growth, the goal was simple: Plant your intention and watch it grow alongside your progress.
