Who says lunch hour has to be boring? Definitely not Nova Place because we know that at this point, it’s a habit for you to go see fellow coworkers participating in the cornhole tournament on the Plaza.

As summer is slowing down, our tournament has come to an end. With one last game day, we welcome everyone to come see our final-four teams battle it out to see who’s the boss of the toss.

And of course, there’ll be prizes for the winners! First, second, and third place winners all get custom cornhole trophies. Additionally, first-place winners get a Pirates Basket with Pirates tickets and gear and second-place winners get a Union Fitness Basket with swag and membership offers.

Sad your team didn’t make it to the end or you didn’t sign up this year? Don’t worry because all tenants can enjoy music, and three food trucks on the Plaza starting at 11:30 a.m. Rolling Kitchen, Revival Chili, and Pittsburgh Sandwich Society will all be there to help you celebrate hump day with coworkers.

The fun doesn’t stop there—during the Cornhole Championship Game, you’ll have the chance to meet the famous Pittsburgh Pirates Pierogis, which are favored by every Pittsburgh sports fan and therefore make awesome guests at events hosted in the city! We’re especially excited to host them at Nova Place, considering their home at PNC Park is just down the street from us.

Be sure to say hello to Sauerkraut Saul, Cheese Chester and Jalapeno Hannah. Meet them and stay to see them race around the Place! Catch them from 12-1 p.m. on the Plaza.

June’s Party on the Plaza last month left us wanting more so we hope you’re excited to stop by today for the Cornhole Championship game!
