Get ready for the Carnegie Museum of Natural History’s annual Halloween event.  This event in the After Dark series is Haunted Museum: Year of the Monster.  This unique event is all about beasts, brutes, and having a spook-tacular time after hours at the museum.  There will be lots to do, including:

  • Dancing to live music by DJ Bill Jakub
  • Adult trick-or-treating
  • Hands on activities
  • Indulging in adult beverages & snacks
  • Exploring the monstrous creatures of the museum
  • And much more!

This is the perfect event to attend with a group of friends or with a significant other to shake up date night.  No matter who you go with, you will get in the Halloween mood!  To add to the experience, you are strongly encouraged to wear costumes, although it is not required.  It is important to note, however, that weapons, (fake or real), masks, and backpacks are not permitted.

Due to extremely high demand in past years, the museum is hosting two dates for this spectacular event.  You are invited to attend on either October 21st or October 27th.  Both events will run from 6 PM – 10 PM.  Tickets cost $15 in advance, $20 at the door, or $13.50 if you are a member.  For more information or to purchase a ticket to this 21+ event, please visit the following link.
