At Nova Place, there’s the saying “Live, Work, Play” because this 1.5 million square-feet property in the heart of the North Side enables people to have it all. Nova Place encompasses Park View Apartments, home to over 800 apartment units that overlook the city and parks, office space with abundant companies, and a newly renovated Plaza with green space.

With all the hustle and bustle this area has to offer, there’s another category to discuss… Eat!

The North Side is home to restaurants that have been in the area for decades and the new additions add flare and diversity to the city. The tenants of Nova Place are in luck because delicious eateries exist right in the Concourse, different food trucks come to the Plaza every Monday, Wednesday, Friday (weather permitting) and a brand-new restaurant by the owners of Smallman Galley is under construction. But if you’re feeling like experiencing something different or getting out of the office completely, these are five great restaurants nearby that offer delicious food at great prices.
