We pay homage to our favorite food styles and comfort foods while putting our own quirky spin on things. Whether it be a tasty twist on classic brunch options or a scrumptious bite of our signature Sando’s, we look forward to sharing our passion for great food with you.

Mijo

Concept-driven chefs, Samuel “Huevos” Dedig and Adrian Cooley worked alongside previous Chefs in the Galley for a collective of 5 years. Now, with the opportunity to launch their own concept, Sam and Adrian are excited to present Mijo – a mix of New Mexican and traditional Mexican culture and cuisine. 

Sam, a New Mexico native, is bringing red and green chili to life with the help of Young Guns, a chili distributor out of New Mexico. This partnership allows Mijo to bring true authentic flavors to Pittsburgh. Adrian, also coming from true Mexican roots, has showcased his talents as Sous Chef for the former Federal Galley concept, Provision PGH. Together, the pair is excited to put another Mexican restaurant in the race for the best Mexican in the city.

Driven PGH

Driven Pgh is a new concept specializing in Detroit Style Pizza. Taking great pride in our house made doughs and focus on from scratch cooking. We aim to Deliver the classic pizza shop experience with a modern twist.

Given to Fly

Given To Fly is a new fast-casual concept of chickening, blending tastes of long-time regional favorites with a hint of flavors you’d expect from higher-end dining. Executive Chef Katie Peric masters the ideas of Owner Troy Beck’s creations. Together, they are giving customers an entire menu full of different takes on an all-time classic; the chicken sandwich.
